Lite ships with starter packs and templates covering AML/CFT/CPF, data protection (NDPA, GAID, GDPR), ISMS (ISO 27001), SOC 2, audit readiness, sanctions and PEP screening, and corporate governance. You can build your own readiness packs and bring evidence for any standard you operate under.

Where do regulator updates come from?

The workspace pulls publicly available items from CBN, NDPC, NFIU, SEC, FCCPC, NCC, NITDA, NAFDAC, FATF, ISO and other Nigerian and international sources every two hours. Each card carries the source URL so you can verify before acting.

Do I need to connect Google Drive?

Accepted Answer

No. Drive is optional. Evidence can be uploaded as files, pasted as links, or generated from templates. If you do connect Drive, the assistant only sees folders or files you explicitly choose. Your full Drive is never exposed.

Can my auditor see my workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invite them as an Auditor role and they get read-only access to evidence, tasks, regulator updates, and reports, without being able to modify anything.

Self-hosted or cloud?

Both. Cloud-hosted is a managed subscription. Self-hosted is a one-time license you deploy on your own VPS. A single Node process and a SQLite file, easy to back up, easy to migrate.

Is my data safe?

In self-hosted, your data never leaves your infrastructure. Drive OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with a key only you hold. Authentication is JWT-based with bcrypt password hashing.

Ceehawk has no per-seat pricing, supports self-hosted deployment, includes Nigeria-specific frameworks (NDPA, AML, Corporate Governance), and offers a custom framework builder with AI generation. Vanta, Drata, and Sprinto charge per seat, are vendor-hosted only, and do not include Nigerian regulators.
